Plas Newydd is the Ancestral home of the Marquess of Anglesey,and is now a National Trust property.It sits on the Banks of the Menai Straits facing the mainland of North Wales and has magnificent views of Snowdonia.It dates from the 14th century and was the work of the famous architect James Wyatt.Plas Newydd also has a exhibition of Rex Whistle's work including his largest painting.
